Nessan Akemakou is the Vice-President in charge of communications within our association. He is a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Ottawa’s Forum on Water Law and Governance. His current work focuses on the blue economy and public policies for water resources management in the African Union (AU) and Canada.
Nessan Akemakou est le Vice-président en charge des communications de notre association. Il est postdoctorant au sein du Forum de l’Université d’Ottawa sur le droit et la gouvernance de l’eau. Ses travaux actuels portent sur l’économie bleue et les politiques publiques de gestion des ressources hydriques au sein de l’Union africaine (UA) et du Canada.
